Family Portrait Photographer in Knoxville, TN

Candid, timeless family photos

I'm a sucker for beautifully curated portraits with a splash of authenticity.

If you love candid, timeless photos you have landed in the perfect spot. If true-to-color edits are what your photo dreams are made of then we need to be best friends! I’m obsessed with Golden Hour. I love fancy kids’ boutique clothing. I love the silly giggles that a fake fart noise brings out of a 5-year-old boy’s belly. I love the smile on a little girl’s face as she hops through fields of wildflowers in her princess dress. I love seeing a mom’s face when her family is together in one place, even if the day has been long and hectic. If you are a mom who cherishes photos at every milestone in your family’s life, please reach out to me. If you are someone who simply appreciates beautiful artwork of yourself or the people you love I’d love to chat.

Got Questions? Great, I've got answers!

Possibly! The promos or pre-determined sessions are set up to keep things a little more organized for me. If you need something special booked outside of what you see please email me directly.

No. We are known for true-to-color edits. We love all things classic and timeless when it comes to edits. Fads or presets aren’t my thing so if you don’t like my edits we won’t be a good fit for I’m very consistent.

Click the link, find a session, sign the contract, and pay in full to get on my books.

There is a contract that covers all the “what if’s”. You will be able to reschedule minus a small rescheduling fee.

My biggest tip is coordinate don’t match. Pick two to three colors and coordinate. For example, don’t have everyone in khakis and blue polos. Instead, mix and match a few colors. Speaking of colors, jewel tones photograph best. Think deep colors like burgundy, navy, tan, hunter green, and so on. Colors to stay away from are pastels and whites (for most people) due to the fact those colors wash people out.

Yes! I love pups! They will just need to be on a leash. I’d also suggest bringing someone to help with the dog seeing they won’t be in every photo.

Yes, they can. I’ll need to know prior to the session seeing our session fee only includes one household so I can include them on your invoice.

I do have access to several venues and places due to permits that we hold but we are always up for suggestions there just may be a travel fee.

Yes! I have my permits to work in the national park and can help guide you on how to do this. The Smoky Mountains National Park portrait sessions are priced differently than our sessions in Knoxville, TN.
