The Greek Orthodox Church Of Annunciation
The thing I love about Greek weddings is the family, LOTS of family! Seriously everyone at Greek weddings is family and if they aren’t, they will be by the end of the night! For me it’s always been about family, so being able to travel to Atlanta and share in rich Greek wedding tradition was such an honor.
If you’ve never been to a Greek wedding then you need to put that on your list of things to do! I’ve never thought of myself as a Knoxville Greek Wedding Photographer, but now I can see myself shooting so many of these. All I can ask is, are there any Greek parents out there looking to adopt a girl and host her a Greek wedding? Dang y’all I need the hook-up (well and a man to marry) But after Matt and Kike’s wedding I’m pretty jealous of what all goes into a Greek wedding, no detail and I mean NO DETAIL goes overlooked! I may just turn into a Greek wedding photographer so at least I can shoot all these amazing and crazy fun weddings every single weekend!
Matt and Kike, if the time ever comes when life makes you work a little harder on your marriage than you expected I pray that you’ll dig your album out, dust it off and remember what day one felt like. You see day one, it’s just as important as day 21,900 (60 years), and on day 21,900, it’s just as important as day one. I could only hope that one day your great-great-great-grandchildren stumble upon your wedding photos and see how in love you both were on day one.
Here’s to beautiful memories and love!
